Responsibilities:
- Own relationship with standards bodies and nationally recognized test labs (NRTL) on behalf of Base
- Define requirements for designers to follow to design compliant products
- Challenge standards bodies on non-standard implementations of standards compliance
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in all compliance requirements for grid tied inverters and batteries
- Experience taking at least one grid tied battery / inverter from design through compliance testing
- You have key sections of UL 1741, UL 1973, and UL 9540a committed to memory
- Strong background knowledge of national electrical code
- Four year college degree
