The Role
This internship is embedded within our People Operations team—a key enabler of employee experience, team coordination.
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to core HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and team coordination activities. You’ll work closely with the People Operations team to support day-to-day HR processes while learning how strategic HR initiatives translate into operational execution.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented student or early-career professional looking to build foundational experience in HR within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
What You’ll Do
Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation, coordinating welcome activities, and ensuring new hires have a smooth start.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Help coordinate internal meetings, HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions.
Prepare basic reports, trackers, and dashboards to support People Operations initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams (such as IT and Facilities) to ensure smooth onboarding and operational support.
Help track follow-ups on HR initiatives and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

About You
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, collaboration platforms)
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship or project experience in HR or operations (academic or professional)
Interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, or HR analytics
Exposure to event coordination or internal communication initiatives
