About the Role
We are looking for someone to accelerate our growth through new strategic channels. To date, we’ve scaled through direct-to-consumer and a B2B2C partnership model with homebuilders. We believe there are additional channels that can meaningfully fuel our long-term growth, and we’re looking for someone to lead that charge.
In this role, you’ll own the assessment, prioritization, testing, and launch of new channels. You’ll drive external business development, collaborate closely with Deployments, Growth, Software, and Hardware teams, and take responsibility for the detailed planning and execution needed to bring new opportunities to life.
What You’ll Do
Explore, research, and build a case for which growth channels Base should pursue next.
Engage potential partners to design and negotiate partnerships that deliver value to Base, our partners, and our members.
Build scalable internal systems and processes to support new channels.
Lead and execute the operational details of testing and rolling out new initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Strong commercial instincts and experience structuring win-win partnerships in a B2B2C environment.
Consumer sales intuition and ability to empathize with our members’ needs.
Experience standing up and leading large initiatives with external partners in a high-growth setting.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional initiatives.
Comfort with data-driven decision making and willingness to “get hands dirty” with modern tools (e.g., SQL).
