Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Deal Closing: Successfully negotiate and close deals with potential clients in person, ensuring sales targets and revenue goals are achieved.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Travel: Be willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.
  • Onsite Work: Need work onsite and meet with clients in person to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and address their needs and concerns.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Pressure Handling: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in [industry or product/service].
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong hunting and closing skills, with a focus on generating new business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in key account management.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to work onsite and meet people in person to close deals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
