Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Deal Closing: Successfully negotiate and close deals with potential clients in person, ensuring sales targets and revenue goals are achieved.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Travel: Be willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.
- Onsite Work: Need work onsite and meet with clients in person to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and address their needs and concerns.
- Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Pressure Handling: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in [industry or product/service].
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong hunting and closing skills, with a focus on generating new business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in key account management.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to work onsite and meet people in person to close deals.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
