Bolt.Earth is India’s largest EV charging network, with 35K+ charging points across 1,500+ cities, serving 185K+ active EV users. Operating as a peer-to-peer, distributed charging network, Bolt.Earth caters to 2, 3, & 4W-EVs, accommodating both standard and fast charging requirements.
About the Role
We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will gather and analyse data to provide insights that support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Primary Research:
o Design and conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather firsthand data.
o Develop questionnaires and discussion guides tailored to specific research objectives.
o Analyze and interpret qualitative data to identify patterns and insights.
• Secondary Research:
o Collect and evaluate existing data from industry reports, academic journals, and market analysis tools.
o Monitor competitor activities and market developments through secondary sources.
o Summarize findings from secondary research to support business strategies.
• Data Analysis:
o Utilize statistical tools to analyze research data and generate meaningful insights.
o Prepare detailed reports and dashboards that present research findings clearly and effectively.
• Market Trend Identification:
o Identify emerging trends and shifts in consumer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
o Provide competitive analysis to understand market positioning and opportunities.
• Collaboration:
o Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to align research insights with business objectives.
o Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Stay informed on the latest market research methodologies and tools.
o Recommend enhancements to research processes and practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in market research, analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in both primary and secondary research techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
