Job Title: Zoho Specialist

Location: Bengaluru, On-site

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Level: 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Zoho or similar lead generation and management tools.

Job Overview: The individual will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and daily management of Zoho to ensure it aligns with our lead acquisition strategies. They will also collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates, utilizing their deep understanding of lead generation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Zoho Management, Reporting, and Analytics:

o Configure and manage the Zoho platform to capture, track, and nurture leads efficiently.

o Customize dashboards and reports to provide insights into lead generation performance.

o Generate detailed reports and insights on lead generation performance, conversion rates, and ROI.

2. Data Management and Integration:

o Maintain data cleanliness and integrity within Zoho, implementing best practices for data management.

o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data synchronization, import/export, and integration with third-party tools.

3. Training and Support:

o Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of Zoho.

o Create documentation and guidelines to ensure consistent use of the platform across departments.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in configuring and managing Zoho.

o Strong understanding of CRM, lead management, and marketing automation.

o Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions with strong troubleshooting skills.

• Collaboration: Collaborative mindset, able to work across departments to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Zoho or similar CRM/lead management platforms.

• Familiarity with other lead generation and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Leadsquared or Salesforce.
