We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage customer relationships. Ideal candidate must have experience with ZOHO CRM and a proven track record in inside sales, lead conversion, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Utilize ZOHO CRM for lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Train and mentor the inside sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a SaaS, B2B, or technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in ZOHO CRM is a must.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret sales reports.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
