We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage customer relationships. Ideal candidate must have experience with ZOHO CRM and a proven track record in inside sales, lead conversion, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Utilize ZOHO CRM for lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Train and mentor the inside sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a SaaS, B2B, or technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in ZOHO CRM is a must.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret sales reports.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
