Key Roles & Responsibilities:

· Prioritize and manage the roadmap for data-driven products and features.

· Manage and oversee a team of data analysts that extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Ensure that the analysis & the data is correct.

· Build dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and performance indicators.

· Present findings in a structured, data-driven, easy to understand manner to stakeholders across different teams.

· Work closely with product, operations, tech, sales, marketing, and other teams to translate insights into business actions.

· Ensure seamless integration of data products with existing systems and workflows.

· Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure execution of recommended actions.

· Measure and report the impact of implemented actions to validate hypotheses and refine strategies.

· Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data accessibility and accuracy.

Requirements & Skills Required:

· 3-5 years of experience in data/product analytics

· Self-starter with the ability to drive projects independently with strong ownership skills

· Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and drive execution

· Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams effectively

· Good knowledge of the current AI Agentic tools to drive efficiencies

· Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions)

· Working knowledge of Python – should be able to manipulate & visualize data

· Experience with Data Visualization/ Business Intelligence tools
