Role Overview:

As the Operations Manager for Hyderabad, He’ll will oversee the execution of EV charger installations, service support, and related operations across the city. He’ll will be responsible for leading the on-field team, managing site visits, ensuring timely project deployments, and maintaining smooth coordination between various functions, including sales, technical support, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management & Deployment:

• Lead the deployment of EV chargers across the Hyderabad region, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client specifications.
• Oversee the entire installation process, including electrical infrastructure, charger installation, and commissioning.
• Ensure all site assessments, BOQs, and project documents are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

1. Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of on-field operations personnel, including technicians, site engineers, and installers.
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct regular training sessions and skill development workshops for the team.

1. Client Coordination & Satisfaction:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project execution phase.
• Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate timely project handovers and ensure client feedback is captured and acted upon.

1. Technical Support & Quality Assurance:

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the installation team during site visits.
• Ensure compliance with IS standards, safety regulations, and operational guidelines for all EV charger installations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure all installations meet industry standards.

1. Inventory & Equipment Management:

• Oversee the management of inventory, equipment, and materials required for site operations in the Hyderabad region.
• Work closely with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of required materials.

1. Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and submit detailed reports on site visits, installations, inventory management, and project progress to the regional and national operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including team attendance, task completion, and project status.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations and timely project completion.
• Assist with business development activities, client meetings, and promotional events as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields.
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in Electrical infra building and Operations management.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale operations and project deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across different regions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other project management tools.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience in managing site installations and commissioning of electrical infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with EV chargers and remote management platforms.
• Knowledge of safety standards, IS standards, and compliance regulations related to Electrical Infrastructure.
