Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Manager- Digital Marketing to drive and optimize our performance marketing efforts across various channels, including paid search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing. As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies that align with business goals, optimize campaigns for ROI, and manage a growing performance marketing team. You will collaborate closely with the creative, analytics, product, and sales teams to ensure that our marketing efforts drive high-quality leads, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to ensure high performance and cost-efficiency across all paid media channels. This includes daily campaign monitoring, A/B testing, and budget allocation.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, conduct ROI analysis, and produce regular reports for senior management. Use data insights to optimize and iterate on campaigns.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and objectives.

Budget Management: Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal spend across channels and tracking the performance of campaigns to ensure the best return on investment.

Conversion Rate Optimization: Work closely with the design and product teams to implement CRO strategies that improve landing page experiences, user journeys, and conversion funnels.

Customer Segmentation: Leverage data to define target customer segments, and create tailored marketing campaigns that resonate with these audiences.

Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the strategy.

Collaboration: Partner with content, creative, product, and analytics teams to create optimized marketing assets, landing pages, and campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

-8+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.

-Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.).

-Strong understanding of paid acquisition, bidding strategies, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).

Skills:

-Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex performance data to non-technical stakeholders.

-Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.

-Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.

-Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.

-Leadership and team management experience is highly desirable.
