Role Overview

Position: Senior Associate - Sales

Location: Pune

Team: Sales

-Manage and coordinate EV charger installations at OEM locations

-Liaise with OEM partners such as TATA, Mahindra, and Bajaj for project alignment

-Maintain strong professional relationships with OEM stakeholders

-Ensure timely execution of installation projects as per defined SLAs

-Monitor site readiness and deployment progress in coordination with internal teams

-Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

-Generate operational and sales performance dashboards for internal and external use

-Analyze data to support business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making

-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues

-Support the sales team with accurate and timely reporting inputs

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

-2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in the EV or automotive industry.

-Proven experience working with OEMs or channel partners.

-Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint; knowledge of CRM or ERP tools is a plus.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines with a detail-oriented approach.
