Job Title: Associate - Operations
Location: Indore or Bhopal (On-site and Field Work)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Level: 0–2 years
Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Operations Associate with a strong foundation in electrical engineering. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with on-site fieldwork and flexible to travel as per project requirements. Prior exposure to the EV (Electric Vehicle) industry is a strong advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of on-site operations related to electrical systems.
· Support installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical infrastructure at client/project sites.
· Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
· Perform site audits, prepare reports, and escalate issues where necessary.
· Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients during execution stages.
· Ensure all safety and compliance norms are followed on-site.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
· Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, load management, and safety standards.
· Willingness to travel and work on-site as per operational demands.
· Based in Indore or Bhopal.
· Strong problem-solving ability and hands-on approach to technical challenges.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience or internship in the Electric Vehicle (EV) or renewable energy industry.
· Familiarity with EV chargers, battery systems, or solar integration is a plus.
