Job Title: Manager - OEM Sales South

We’re expanding our OEM vertical at Bolt.Earth, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Leader to head our South India OEM business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the EV + automotive ecosystem, and loves building business from the ground up. If you enjoy chasing targets, owning revenue, and creating meaningful partnerships, you’ll feel right at home here.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (OEM exposure is a strong plus).
Strong leadership qualities — someone who leads by influence, not hierarchy.
A builder’s mindset: enjoys creating business from zero, opening new relationships, and unlocking new markets.
Highly target-oriented, structured, and execution-driven.
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
A true team player who thrives on collaboration and speed.
What you’ll drive:
Lead the South OEM sales strategy and own the regional revenue.
Build and grow OEM partnerships across South India.
Drive new business opportunities and expand the OEM footprint.
Work cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and leadership.
Build a strong pipeline and deliver consistent quarterly results
