Role Overview
Position: Operations Associate
Location: Bangalore
Role Summary
We are looking for an Operations Associate to manage daily operations with a strong focus on data management, client escalation handling, and technical coordination. The role requires hands-on involvement with electronics and EV charger systems, along with cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth and timely issue resolution.
What You’ll Own:
- Manage and maintain operational data, trackers, and MIS with high accuracy
- Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely, structured resolutions
- Coordinate with technical, field, and support teams to meet SLAs
- Support troubleshooting and monitoring of EV chargers and electronic systems
- Track charger performance, uptime, and fault closures
- Maintain SOPs, documentation, and escalation matrices
What You Bring:
- Strong knowledge of data management
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Proven ability to handle client escalations
- Working knowledge of electronics and charger systems
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the EV sector is a plus
- Exposure to EV charging infrastructure or field operations
