Clarasight is seeking a high performing Solutions Advisor to join our team and take our current momentum to the next level of growth through the acquisition of and value delivery to new and existing customers. This hybrid role is responsible for the overall success of the customer, pre-sales solutions consulting, implementation management, and customer success management. You will play a crucial role in guiding our customers through their journey from initial interest, through full deployment and ongoing success. We are seeking someone that is committed to helping enterprises close the gap between climate-related intent and action by scaling the client base of the world’s leading Carbon Planning & Intelligence platform.

Must Haves
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within an enterprise SaaS environment
Technical proficiency with configurable SaaS platforms, including API integrations, reporting configurations, and data analysis
Expertise in leading customer success engagements, including the development and management of strategic account plans, defining and executing against key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving measurable value across a portfolio of clients.
Experience leading upsells, cross-sells, and expansions for an enterprise B2B SaaS product,expertise in managing a portfolio of 5 - 10 large enterprise customers, managing a book of business with $5M+ in ARR
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to configure and analyze SaaS products for customer needs
Strong project management skills, with ability to manage enterprise implementations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Proficiency with AI, LLMs, and experience in building and piloting solutions to streamline and automate customer success initiatives.
Experience working in high growth startups

Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic liaison and General Manager for a portfolio of ~5–10 large enterprise customers, driving their success journey and ARR growth of $2M+.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers.
Ensure customers are realizing maximum value from Clarasight by leading initiatives that drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
Identify and drive expansion opportunities, including upsells, cross-sells, and renewals, while navigating complex deal structures in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Business Operations.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize feature enhancements, align on roadmaps, and advocate for customer needs to evolve the platform and user experience.
Manage customer onboarding and implementation programs to ensure smooth deployments and rapid time-to-value.
Serve as an internal and external expert on Clarasight’s product, value proposition, and competitive landscape.
Analyze and communicate data-driven insights to help customers make informed decisions and achieve decarbonization goals.
Types of Tasks You Will Own
Designing a rollout plan for a customer’s Clarasight program, including change management and adoption strategies.
Performing ad hoc analyses using customer data outside of Clarasight to identify optimization opportunities or support business decisions.
Leading cross-functional teams to align on customer priorities, product requests, and strategic initiatives.
Preparing executive-level presentations that tell a compelling story about impact, ROI, and strategic recommendations that drive value delivery.
Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer success initiatives, monitoring progress, and tracking outcomes to ensure customers achieve measurable value and business objectives.
Gather feedback from customers to inform product roadmap and feature prioritization.
