Position Summary
Clean Crop Technologies is seeking a Production & QA/QC Manager to oversee operations and quality management at a partner dry edible bean processing facility in Hennessy, Oklahoma, with a primary focus on Dry Edible Bean processing. This role is responsible for ensuring that all inbound and outbound product is processed, handled, and documented in accordance with Clean Crop Technologies’ quality standards, food safety requirements, and customer specifications. The position will serve as the primary technical and operational liaison between Clean Crop Technologies and the partner facility providing hands-on oversight, technical support, and program implementation across processing, quality assurance, supply chain coordination, and facility upgrades. This role is expected to be on site 1-3 days per week, but presence may increase during operational needs. Regional and/or national travel may be required to support business development.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the partner processing facility to ensure consistent throughput, quality, and output targets are met
- Manage equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance programs, and operational improvements
- Monitor and manage equipment purchases, installations, facility upgrades, and other capital improvements related to the project
- Develop, implement, and oversee QA/QC standards, protocols, and operating procedures for mung bean processing
- Oversee food safety programs and practices, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and market requirements
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement
- Support inbound and outbound logistics, including inventory management, production scheduling, and shipping coordination
- Support implementation of grower engagement programs, including grower communication, field and quality inspections
- Support customer outreach and new business development activities related to Oklahoma operations
- Travel regionally or nationally as needed to support business development, customer engagement, or operational expansion
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in agricultural processing facilities (dry edible beans, grains, pulses, or similar commodities)
- Strong familiarity with industrial processing equipment, including the ability to perform or oversee routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing QA/QC programs, SOPs, and documentation systems in food or agricultural processing environments
- Preferred experience working with dry edible beans, pulses, or specialty crops (ex. Mung beans).
- Preferred existing relationships or networks within grower regions
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently while coordinating closely with remote production and business development teams
Compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 anuallly DOE
