About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Director of Technical Recruiting to lead and scale our technical recruiting efforts at Crusoe.ai. This is a highly visible role where you will partner with our engineering leadership to build and grow the teams responsible for Crusoe's AI cloud. You will lead and mentor a talented team of recruiters, empowering them to find and attract the best talent in the industry. As a key leader on the recruiting team, you'll report directly to our VP of Talent and be a critical voice in shaping our talent acquisition strategy as we continue to grow.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Partner with engineering leaders to understand their hiring needs and translate them into a comprehensive recruiting strategy.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Drive the entire technical recruiting lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.

  • Utilize data and metrics to optimize recruiting processes, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to leadership.

  • Champion Crusoe's brand in the market, implementing innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to attract top-tier talent in a competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Compensation, and Finance, to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

  • You possess a deep understanding of recruiting best practices, from sourcing and candidate engagement to closing and negotiation.

  • You're a strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning and vision.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $210,000 - $235,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
