Safety and Mentorship: Work proactively to recognize and correct unsafe situations. Train and mentor production personnel on basic equipment care and maintenance procedures to minimize operational risks.
Continuous Improvement: Champion a continuous effort to improve operation, streamline work processes, and decrease equipment turnaround times, ensuring effective communication with the production team regarding equipment health.
