  • Quality Collaboration: Work closely with the Assembly, Production, and Engineering teams to communicate quality issues, assist in root cause analysis, and drive resolution.

  • Process Integrity: Halt the production process immediately if critical quality or safety issues are identified, ensuring no defective product proceeds to the testing phase.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Required Experience: Proven experience in a quality control, inspection, or testing role within a manufacturing or electrical assembly environment.

  • Technical Drawing Fluency: Strong ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and Bills of Material (BOMs).

  • Quality Methodology: Familiarity with standard quality control processes and documentation practices.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are non-negotiable requirements for this critical role.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
