Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Recruiting and staffing logistics
- Performance management
- Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and record keeping
- Assisting with employee relations
- Company-wide committee facilitation and participation
- Company employee communication
- Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting
- HR audit and compliance
- Employee services
- Payroll preparation
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Assist in carrying out training need analysis so a to come up with training programs
- Preparation of job descriptions and short listing applicants for interviews and ensure smooth exit of employees.
- Assist in preparation of contracts for staff
- Maintain and update staff records
- Maintain staff morale and climate at work
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your supervisor as from time to time
Education and Experience
- Holder of a Bachelor degree in Business (with concentration in HR)
- Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
- Experience with HRIS
- Good knowledge of the labor laws
