    HR Assistant

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Recruiting and staffing logistics
    • Performance management
    • Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and record keeping
    • Assisting with employee relations
    • Company-wide committee facilitation and participation
    • Company employee communication
    • Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
    • Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting
    • HR audit and compliance
    • Employee services
    • Payroll preparation
    • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
    • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
    • Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
    • Assist in carrying out training need analysis so a to come up with training programs
    • Preparation of job descriptions and short listing applicants for interviews and ensure smooth exit of employees.
    • Assist in preparation of contracts for staff
    • Maintain and update staff records
    • Maintain staff morale and climate at work
    • Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your supervisor as from time to time

    Education and Experience

    • Holder of a Bachelor degree in Business (with concentration in HR)
    • Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
    • Experience with HRIS
    • Good knowledge of the labor laws
