Responsibilities

• Assist management with EcoSafi's growth and expansion plans
• Plan and execute strategy decisions
• Manage both internal and external service providers
• Manage and ensure warehouse performance, quality, and local distribution
• Monitor, advise and direct warehousing team
• Provide assistance to the import team with new incoming shipments
• Track operational and system performance and generate reports on a regular basis
• Collaborate closely with the business intelligence team to ensure that necessary data is gathered from network systems and sales teams
• Management of the supply chain (including statutory processes) to ensure timely receipt of products to support the sales pipeline
• Ensure that all legal and regulatory documents are filed and that laws and regulations are followed

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Finance or related field
• A Minimum of 7 years work experience in a position with similar responsibilities
• Experience managing a team
• Entrepreneurial individual
• Self driven and show ownership
• A hands-on leader with a strong blend of business and technical savvy as well as strategic thinking and tactical execution
