In the next 30 years, the world will transform every part of the built environment to be climate positive green infrastructure. Knowing what, where, and how to build infrastructure like solar farms is one of the great opportunities of our time. However, there are problems!
The Problem
80% of clean energy projects that developers start never actually get built because most projects are started without deep due diligence on zoning and interconnection due to the cost of collecting that data. This means $17B worth of canceled projects per year.
Our Solution
Paces is software for green infrastructure developers to identify the best places to build and manage their projects. First we collect environmental, permitting, zoning, energy grid data from various different sources; then we analyze the data and use AI to identify the best places for developers to build their next projects.

Paces is growing rapidly and looking for exceptional people to join who want to have a massive positive climate impact while building a great culture! We are looking for a Growth Specialist to join our Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
🏆 What You’ll Achieve
Launch and manage outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) leveraging AI tools and automation to accelerate outreach, personalize messaging, and identify high-potential leads
Coordinate pre- and post-event outreach, driving meeting volume through campaign execution
Own outbound contact list building, enrichment, and segmentation (Clay, Apollo, SalesNav, etc.)
Track campaign performance and support top-of-funnel reporting (meetings booked is the primary success metric)
Monitor replies, route leads to AEs, and coordinate meeting scheduling
Repurpose and customize content for outbound use (e.g. snippets from case studies, blog posts)
Support campaign infrastructure in HubSpot and maintain outbound tools and workflows
Partner with the Head of Marketing and AEs to improve playbooks and identify what’s working
📈 Requirements
✨ About You
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or business ops role
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Strong written communication and copyediting skills
Exceptional use of AI tools like ChatGPT
Comfortable learning tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, or similar
Excited about GTM ops, marketing, or sales ops
🚀 Bonus Points
Have experience supporting outbound campaigns (even light support in a past role)
Have worked at an early-stage startup
Have experience with climate, energy, or infrastructure sectors
💰 Compensation and Benefits
$80,000 – $100,000 annual compensation
