80% of clean energy projects that developers start never actually get built because most projects are started without deep due diligence on zoning and interconnection due to the cost of collecting that data. This means $17B worth of canceled projects per year.

Paces accelerates power development by replacing fragmented roles with AI agents, transforming the slow, sequential development process into a fast, parallelizable derisking model across the entire industry.

🏆 What You’ll Achieve
- Have full ownership of projects, directly iterate with internal and external users
- Lead the effort to scale up existing systems to the next level
- Collaborate closely with the founders and product team to directly impact roadmap
📈 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development or AI engineering in a production environment
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI
- Ability to prototype, experiment, evaluate, and iterate quickly to improve AI agents
