Quilt’s mission is to combat climate change by transitioning humanity away from fossil fuel heating. Home emissions account for 20% of the US total (surpassing even car emissions!) and the primary component is the combustion of fossil fuels for heat. To address climate change, we must facilitate the transition of over 80 million US homes from combustion-based systems to efficient electric heat pumps in the coming decades.

To achieve this transition, we believe the world needs delightful, exceptional products that are easy to use and install. Currently, heat pumps lack compelling design, underutilize software capabilities, and pose significant challenges in adoption and use. That's why we're building a next-generation, aesthetically pleasing, AI-optimized home heating and cooling system that is 10x better than what is on the market today.

You are highly effective at driving project plans, identifying risks, and aligning teams to execute mitigation plans. At Quilt, we’re on a mission to make clean, efficient heating and cooling accessible to everyone — and we know that heat pumps can play a big role in creating healthier, more climate-resilient homes.
