Runwise is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Copywriter who wants to accelerate the progress of our marketing campaigns.
Runwise (www.runwise.com) is a fast-paced, customer-focused climate-tech startup that controls and runs the key energy systems (heating, water, etc.) in 7500+ buildings throughout the US. Runwise’s unique hardware and software service significantly reduces energy usage, substantially lowering costs and carbon output. As of today, Runwise’s technology takes the equivalent of 60,000 cars worth of carbon emissions off the road each year. Runwise has offices in New York and Boston but is a remote-first product/engineering company, and has been since its creation.
We’re seeking a skilled copywriter with deep knowledge of the real estate and property management industry—someone with a proven track record of crafting compelling content that drives action. In this role, you’ll take ownership of creating high-impact copy that engages our audience, generates demand, and converts interest into sales meetings. Your work will span email newsletters, website and blog content, product flyers, digital and print ads, and more.
We’re not just looking for an experienced marketer who can write—we need an exceptional, results-driven copywriter who knows how to turn words into measurable success. If you have the ability to move audiences and drive real business outcomes with your writing, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Writing the copy that drives email opens, ad clicks, and next steps
- Writing for slide decks, web pages, product flyers, and other assets that help our sales team win
- Suggesting content topics for our various series of brand content
- Researching ideas and creating content with a designer that produces results
- Run tests of content types and versions that show our audience’s preference
- Define and analyze metrics that track the effectiveness of our content
You have:
- Years of experience writing copy that sells in the real estate/property management industry
- Ability to analyze metrics that show what’s working and what’s not
- Project management skills to stay organized while working across many projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals of various seniority across the company, as well as customers
- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical partners
- Confidence to work autonomously and make independent decisions
Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 based on experience level
