The Role

This role sits within our People Operations team, which serves as the backbone of employee experience, organizational coordination, and leadership enablement. As a critical driver of workforce planning and talent strategy, this role connects long-term business objectives with everyday hiring execution. Collaborating closely across teams, it supports our mission to build a high-performing, inclusive workforce while maintaining operational momentum and cultural alignment across the company.

This role is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a sharp, experienced talent professional ready to shape how the organization attracts and secures top talent. You’ll be at the forefront of our hiring strategy: partnering closely with leadership, refining processes, and building a candidate experience that reflects our values and ambition. This role offers meaningful exposure to workforce planning and business growth, while anchoring the hands-on execution that makes it happen. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of hiring plans that support business goals, ensuring recruitment efforts are well-prioritized and aligned with team needs.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from role definition and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience

  • Coordinate hiring processes across departments, streamlining interviews, aligning timelines, and resolving scheduling conflicts with precision

  • Prepare interview documentation, scorecards, and feedback summaries to support efficient decision-making and consistency across teams

  • Serve as the primary connection between hiring teams, leadership, and candidates, guiding communication, setting expectations, and maintaining momentum

  • Strengthen recruitment operations by supporting tools, workflows, and reporting systems that enable clarity and efficiency

  • Plan and support outreach campaigns, hiring events, and engagement efforts that elevate the company’s presence among prospective talent

  • Oversee recruiting dashboards and reports, helping teams track progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans accordingly

  • Uphold discretion and professionalism in all candidate interactions and hiring communications

  • Continuously assess recruitment processes, proposing and implementing improvements that boost effectiveness, responsiveness, and alignment with business priorities

About You

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with hands-on exposure to both strategic planning and execution across diverse teams

  • Strong ability to design, manage, and refine hiring processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and consistent candidate experience

  • Excellent communication skills for engaging confidently with leaders, candidates, and team members across multiple departments and hiring levels

  • Proven experience balancing multiple open roles and timelines, while meeting hiring deadlines without sacrificing candidate quality or process integrity

  • Comfortable using tools and systems that help organize candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and generate reporting for hiring progress

  • Able to work independently and maintain structured workflows and follow-through, even amidst shifting priorities or high-volume hiring phases

  • Detail-oriented in all aspects of recruitment operations, including interview scheduling, candidate documentation, and offer coordination

  • Brings a proactive mindset to identifying recruitment needs early, improving processes continuously, and responding quickly to evolving business plans

  • Trusted to manage sensitive candidate information and offer details with professionalism, empathy, and discretion at all stages of hiring

  • Builds strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders by creating trust, clarity, and transparency in recruitment efforts

  • Capable of analyzing hiring trends, providing useful insights, and adjusting plans based on business feedback or team needs

  • Experienced in developing recruitment strategies tailored for different roles, technical, creative, leadership and adapting approaches effectively

  • Collaborate with third party vendors as required.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Prior experience designing or refining hiring processes in high-growth or evolving organizations.

  • Familiarity with building talent pipelines for specialized or hard-to-fill roles, using creative outreach and structured follow-ups.

  • Exposure to team mentoring, especially supporting junior recruiters or cross-functional hiring stakeholders
