The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven HR Systems Analyst to support and enhance our HR systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HCM Core and a passion for leveraging and optimizing systems, reporting, and analytics to help drive efficiency and scalability. This role will partner closely with the People team and cross-functional teams like IT and Payroll, to design solutions, enhance reporting, and address business challenges.
Responsibilities
Maintain confidential employee records and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve data discrepancies
Maintain data integrity across Workday and downstream systems while adhering to data governance, compliance, and security policies
Design, build, and maintain complex custom HR reporting solutions and dashboards directly in Workday
Analyze and identify data trends to provide key stakeholders with actionable insights
Lead Workday tool optimization and automation initiatives, staying up to date with new features, conducting thorough testing and analysis, and quality change management
Manage Workday security architecture, integrations, roles, and assignments to ensure data privacy and compliance
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and become the go-to expert for key stakeholders, including end-users
Document business processes, workflows, and user-guides for the internal People team and broader company, providing training on an as-needed basis
About You
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field
2-5 years of Workday administration experience
Prior implementation experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
Strong understanding of HR processes, programs, and data workflows
Skilled in building ad-hoc and custom reports and dashboards in Workday, including use of calculated fields
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and business intelligence and data analytics software (ie: Tableau)

Recruiting tools: preferred experience with Ashby
Talent Management: required-Workday; preferred experience with Lattice, GreytHR
