About Unlimited:
Unlimited is an AI-native engineering and construction company reimagining how large-scale physical infrastructure gets built – from factories to power plants to entire industrial systems. We’re already delivering real projects with customers across multiple industries, using our AI-first engineering platform to design an order of magnitude faster than industry norms.
Backed by some of Silicon Valley's top investors, we’re building a small, engineering-led team to scale what’s working and to take on one of the most important challenges of the coming decades.
About the Role:
You will be the CEO’s partner on operations, finance, and project development for large capital projects. We don’t expect one person to cover everything. What matters is that you bring real depth in one area (project finance, development, or operations) and the curiosity to stretch into the others.
You’ll help structure partnerships, and build the financial and operational backbone of the company as we scale, working in a high-output, ambiguous environment.
What You’ll Do:
Work directly with the CEO to drive company operations, finance, and commercial execution.
Support development of large-scale industrial projects, including financial modeling, due diligence, and coordination with engineering teams.
Manage relationships with partners, investors, and customers.
Build and improve internal processes for planning, reporting, and execution as the company scales.
-
Contribute to strategic projects across business development, fundraising, and operations as needed.
You Have:
Experience in project finance, infrastructure development, or operations for capital-intensive projects.
Strong analytical and communication skills; fluency in both technical and business contexts.
Comfort working from first principles in areas you haven’t seen before.
A bias toward ownership and execution in an early-stage environment.
Interest in working alongside engineers to bring real projects from idea to reality and chart a path for a new way to build capital projects.
