About the role
We’re looking for an HR Intern to support our People team across recruiting, onboarding, and core HR operations. This role offers meaningful, hands-on experience and exposure to how a growing organization builds strong teams and thoughtful people practices.
You’ll work closely with HR and cross-functional partners to help create a positive and organized experience for candidates and employees. This is a learning-focused opportunity where you’ll contribute to real projects, gain practical skills, and see how HR supports business growth.
What you'll do
Recruiting & Talent Coordination
- Help schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with job postings and candidate follow-up
- Support early-stage resume review and outreach when appropriate
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Assist with onboarding logistics and documentation
- Help prepare welcome materials and first-day schedules
- Support new hire coordination to ensure a smooth transition
- Contribute to employee engagement efforts and internal initiatives
HR Operations
- Maintain organized and confidential employee records
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation tracking
- Support benefits and compliance-related administrative tasks
- Help update internal HR resources and process guides
Process & Project Support
- Assist with documenting HR processes as we grow
- Identify opportunities to improve organization and efficiency
- Contribute to special projects across recruiting, compliance, and employee experience
Qualifications
Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Interest in learning about HR, recruiting, and people operations
Skills & Working Style
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle sensitive information with care
- Proactive and willing to ask questions
- Comfortable in evolving, fast-paced environments
- Collaborative and supportive team member
